Our clients are those that have found themselves in major life event(s) that resulted in needing to sell their property. Some of our clients need to move quickly and sell in less than 30 days, and others may need to be able to stay in the house for an agreed upon time after the house has sold. We are able to be flexible to the seller's situation so that they may move on.

Oftentimes, these houses can't be sold to a traditional end-buyer. Many of them can't be insured, are tied up in Probate for years, or simply need to close faster than the normal 45-60 days. So the only option many of these folks have is to sell to an investor like ourselves. Helping people in their time of need is why we do what we do.
